The New Bearish Applications For Bitcoin Fundamentals

What happens if Big Brother seizes the Bitcoin ETFs and MSTR only to find it is not there?

As I write this Bitcoin is trading above 100k in the aftermath of ETFs, Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin Strategic Stockpile Cronyism, and the Trump election.

Yet each of these events counters Bitcoin's fundamental use case. Bitcoin is unconfiscatable, and Bitcoin has no borders.

Paper Bitcoin with ETFs or MincroStrategy Inc (MSTR) defeats both purposes. The Trump version of Making America Great Again is in line with restoring The American Empire rather than being the Shining City On The Hill.

Bitcoin miners operating at a loss or breakeven at 60k three months ago can now sell 60% of their production and lock in profits for the first, second, and third quarters of 2025.

Bullish sentiment in Bitcoin is rampant and we hear crickets from any Bitcoiner making a bearish case for Bitcoin.

Yet all this bullish news has bearish consequences for Bitcoin. It is like putting a square into a round hole.

What Tone Vays outlines as seemingly bullish news, is bearish.

Hit this link oo find out why Michael Saylor buying Bitcoin is bearish.

Just as we don’t know when the ETFs and MSTR are buying and selling Bitcoin, we don’t know what they are doing with it or if the Bitcoin is there.

All these seemingly bullish applications to Bitcoin are bearish in the long run. ETF’s are created for retirement accounts.

Not only can Bitcoin in ETFs and MSTR be confiscated, but the buyers are weak hands, trading, not HODLING Bitcoin.

Unwinding the current entitlement and regulatory applications on Bitcoin will make the collapse of FTX and Celcius look like a Sunday School Picnic.

What happens if Trump restores a gold standard rather than sells the gold reserves in favor of Bitcoin? Which makes better sense and is lawful money according to our Constitution?

What happens if Big Brother seizes Bitcoin on ETFs and MSTR only to find out it is not there?

Why not stop taxing all labor, not just tips? Retirement accounts are made obsolete.

These are legitimate questions all Bitcoiners should be asking.

I hope this helps.
