Ever read the fine print of the Terms of Service of your favorite crypto exchange or ICO?
If so, you know that you have waived your right for a day in court by agreeing to arbitration. . . . however, there are exceptions . . . and every state is different . . . but in California small claims court cases and class actions are exempt.
Now I am not a big fan of attorneys . . . my problem with attorneys is that I consider them alien residents of the United States of America and not citizens. . . our Constitution clearly says so . . . and for over 150 years now our laws have been written, enforced, and adjudicated by class of nobility known as Esquires . . . something clearly prohibited by our Constitution.
Interestingly, we remain just two states away from a constitutional amendment stripping this nobility of citizenship.
