BITCOIN: It’s Not The Technology, Stupid!

WTF?
That’s right you heard me! It’s not the technology. If you think it is you’re stupid!
Bitcoin, the technology, is simply a reaction to the lawlessness of dishonest weights and measures. Before the technology developed it had to be thought of. . . the need for the technology had to be recognized.
OK. . . go on.
You see the foundation of Bitcoin, or sound money, is deeply rooted. The technology helps, but before the technology developed the need for the technology had to be recognized. To borrow an analogy, Paul wrote, the law leads us to Christ. (Gal. 3:24).
No analogy is perfect. And I want to emphasize sound money is not Christ or an object of worship. But sound money is a man-made creation that cannot exist apart from the law. Specifically, thou shalt not steal and thou shalt not bear false witness are the foundation of need that led to the development of Bitcoin by an entirely secular world.
